Return Policy

At Voice of The Commerce, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@voiceofthecommerce.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Diapers, wipes, and baby food

  • Feeding bottles, pacifiers, and personal care products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
